Cliff Carter got his start cutting hair in Boston before relocating to Portland, Maine. Formerly Hairlines for Men, the shop recently transferred ownership in 2015. Even though the shop has a new name, the devotion to classic barbering that Portland residents saw under previous ownership carries on. A lot has been invested in the last few years in creating an atmosphere that combines the old school barber shop look and feel with modern amenities.
